Right next door to Queenstown’s famous Ferburger joint is its sister company Fergbaker. Also a one off, this is a cute little bakery which has lots of goodies on offer – from pies to sausage rolls to macarons to tarts and even slices of cake!

Johnny Barr’s, New Zealand
2 MayAnother post on Queenstown. This time, we were on a quest for a decent place to have breakfast. Sadly we didn’t have very many options. There weren’t many cafes overall but the ones we wanted to go to were either not opened yet or was closed for a private function (there was much disappointment!). We ventured across town which took a mere 5-10 minutes and came across Queenstown’s first and only gourmet sandwich bar – Johnny Barr’s.

18 AprSeveral weekends back, I went on a quick trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. There was no specific reason for the trip, it was just to getaway from the daily grind. Oh and I guess also because tickets were on sale – score! The trip felt like an eating safari, so yes, there will be a few more Queenstown posts to come. It makes sense to begin where it all started….. with our very first New Zealand feed.
