Usually when I say dumplings I automatically refer to yum cha and think of going to Cabramatta. Not this time! The Boy and I are on the hunt for some good Xiao Long Bao (XLB), although we wouldn’t know what’s good or not to be honest, but we make our way to Ashfield for the very first time.

Dim Sum? Yum Cha? Same thing, right? Which ever you like to call it, there are so many places out there and everybody has different favourites. I have been eating yum cha (yes this is how I know it to be) for as long as I can remember. It’s the perfect meal to share with family, and with my family being ever so big, it’s always a great way to catch up over good food.
