Another catch up session with my awesome eating companion sees us at the door step of La Bodequita del Medio, in the heart of the city on York Street, opposite the QVB. My friend’s sister raved on about the place so it was only nautral for us to see for ourselves what it was all about.

Coco Cubano, Parramatta

Parramatta’s Church Street has always been the “food” strip where people wander up and down finding a place to have a good feed but can never make a decision as there is just so much to choose from. Because Parramatta is somewhat local for me, I’ve been waddling up and down Church Street for as long as I can remember - I even had my first date with the boy at one of the restaurants there. Over the many years, it’s transformed into a foodie haven offering a large variety of cuisines. One of the newer hot spots who has prime location is Tony Melhem’s Coco Cubano.
