A trip to Melbourne feels incomplete without a visit to one of the most talked brunch places, The Hardware Societe. I’ve been told queues and wait times can be quite lengthy so we purposely make the trip to Hardware Lane bright and early like as if we were city workers, lol.
Surry Hills has always been a hip and happening part of town that I don’t get to visit all that often. There’s always endless options catering for all types of appetites and purposes. A sunny, slightly warm Winter’s Saturday sees me making the visit to Devon Cafe with some dear friends for a long overdue catch up.
This is my 3rd visit to LA since 2005 and I fall in love the city more and more each time. This trip we found ourselves doing things we’d normally wouldn’t/never be able to do.
A free Saturday calls me rounding up some of my girls for a much needed catch up. Being the undecisive bunch of ladies we are, I go ahead and suggest a couple places. A trek to Surry Hills is always on the cards, but it’s just a matter of where. Decisions, decisions. And the winner is Orto Trading Co.!
Finally, I make a trip to The Grounds of Alexandria, something I’ve been wanting to do for months now! I don’t often get the chance to drive up to these Eastern suburbs as it is quite a trek for me but I was so excited for this to happen and of course I was going to make the most of it.
