The year that 2011 was..

27 Dec

2011 marked the beginning of bitemeshowme. I decided to start this food blog as a personal journey of my food adventures – both dining experiences and in the kitchen. I must admit that I have never been in the kitchen so much before and it’s a place I truly love and have learned to love. I know I haven’t had much posts about my cooking escapades but that is something I will try to work on for next year.

So this was the year that 2011 was..

Having made a reservation well over 8 months ago, I could not believe that the time had finally come. It felt so ridiculous that I had to book almost a year ahead but I am so glad and thankful that I did. It was finally time to celebrate the 24th birthday :)

Sitney Thai, Canley Vale

7 Dec

Another Thai restaurant has opened its doors in the booming area of Canley Vale on Canley Vale Road. The original Sitney Thai restaurant first opened up in Parramatta so it’s great to see restaurants expanding its doors in different areas.

Searching upon pages and pages, I finally decide with Azuma Kushiyaki. Initially I did not realise that Azuma had several restuarants and a cafe under the name. I got utterly confused.
