2011 marked the beginning of bitemeshowme. I decided to start this food blog as a personal journey of my food adventures – both dining experiences and in the kitchen. I must admit that I have never been in the kitchen so much before and it’s a place I truly love and have learned to love. I know I haven’t had much posts about my cooking escapades but that is something I will try to work on for next year.
So this was the year that 2011 was..
This is a sweet and simple non food related photo post. We had our work Christmas party last week with an 1980′s theme. It was bags full of fun. I love how people make a decent effort with costumes – it makes things that much more enjoyable :)
Run DMC & Prince
Who you gonna call? GHOST BUSTERS!
Sexy Ninja Turtles
Hulk Hogan & Slash
The Karate Kid
If I do not make it back here in time, I would like to wish all my dear readers a very Merry Christmas. ‘Tis the season to be festive and jolly. Take care.

As previously mentioned, the boy and I are huge fans of Japanese food. I spent a substantial amount of time on eatability and urbanspoon to find a Japanese restaurant that we had not been to yet that was in the heart of the city. Searching upon pages and pages, I finally decide with Azuma Kushiyaki. Initially I did not realise that Azuma had several restuarants and a cafe under the name. I got utterly confused.
