Baseball Cap Cake with Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones

So I shall call her, S. My dear gal pal S is not a professional at baking nor decorating, yet she does it because it is her passion and loves to do it. In a short span of eighteen months, I have watched her grow and develop skills to a level I have never witnessed with my very own eyes. S started off baking for loved ones because she was hungry (she is always hungry this one), was procrastinating from studying, wanted to experiment and/or all of the above. Little did she know that one innocent baking experiment soon turned into a huge baking phenomenon.

What you see above is a Baseball Cap Cake feating Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones. Now, if you have no idea what I am talking about, you must check this out. I for one co-own a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Headphones and let me tell you there is nothing that can compare to what sounds these babies can bring to your ears (and your mind).

I can’t pinpoint what it is exactly about this cake that I adore so much. Perhaps it is the funky and novelty aspect of it that brings a bit of fun and quirkiness to the table, it could be that S did a mighty fine job of replicating the beats sign, or the fact that I wouldn’t mind receiving one of these myself! I know that if I was the customer or at the receiving end of this cake, I would be one very happy camper. I wouldn’t even want to eat it because it looks so awesome.

What a mighty fine effort from S! I love the creativity and even the colour theme of this cake. It just makes me want to put on my headphones and start bopping to the beats. Well done S, I can only see you getting better from here on in.
